KSA Dropshipping Ops Platform is a Next.js 14 App Router Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) application proxying microservices. It unifies order orchestration across Shopify, WooCommerce, and Google Sheets into a 19-status pipeline with full English/Arabic RTL localization.

Dropshipping merchants in the KSA market face fragmented operations: orders flow in from multiple channels (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom landing pages) with different data schemas and sync requirements. Managing 19+ order statuses across 4 user role tiers, multi-currency wallets, and bilingual Arabic/English audiences — all while keeping sub-second speeds and SEO visibility — required a performant unified platform.
We designed a Next.js 14 App Router platform acting as a BFF layer proxying three microservices via a layered Service → Hook → Component pattern. TanStack React Query v5 manages server state, Zustand v5 handles UI state, NextAuth.js handles Google OAuth, and i18next delivers 200+ translation keys with dynamic Arabic RTL layout switching.
