2. Scope of Services & Project Engagements

All freelance web development, full-stack development, and design services are provided based on agreed-upon Statements of Work (SOW), project milestones, or hourly contracts:

• Deliverables: Defined clearly in individual project proposals, contracts, or platform milestone descriptions (e.g. Upwork, direct contracts).
• Milestone Approvals: Clients have a review period to inspect deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria before milestone release.

3. Intellectual Property & 100% Code Ownership

We operate on a complete transfer of ownership standard:

• Upon receipt of full payment for a milestone or completed project, all rights, title, source code, design assets, and intellectual property developed exclusively for the client are 100% assigned and transferred to the client.
• Pre-existing open-source libraries or third-party frameworks (e.g. Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS) remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache, etc.).

4. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

We treat all client business data, strategies, codebases, and credentials with complete confidentiality. We are always willing to execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to guarantee total peace of mind.

5. 30-Day Post-Launch Warranty

All custom projects delivered by Muhammad Sohaib come with a complimentary 30-day post-launch warranty covering any bug fixes, syntax defects, or stability issues directly resulting from the original scope of work.
